National Apprenticeship week is a time to recognise and applaud apprenticeship success stories across the UK, and within our teams.
Here at BDM Talk we fully support and have adopted the three pillars of the National Apprenticeship Program – TRAIN – RETAIN – ACHIEVE.
One core aspect we have embraced and invested in is the additional professional qualifications and skills training offered through this program. Investing time and money for a number of colleagues here at BDM. Helping to enhance, improve and gain nationally recognised qualifications and training whilst continuing to flourish in key positions throughout the organisation.
We have a number of colleagues at BDM Talk who are successfully working really hard towards these professional qualifications. Jacob Brand, Sandie Nicholas, Robyn Patey-Johns, Chloe Smith and Michael Mulvay are diligent advocates of this program.
The National Apprenticeship Program is a brilliant way to gain professional qualifications and training with hands-on experience, insight and skills within a working environment. With a willingness to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude; the National Apprentice program is extremely beneficial, both to the individual, and to us as a company. Ensuring we Train-Retain-Achieve in our colleagues to deliver exceptional customer services at all times.
We will be taking the time this week to shine a light on the amazing work being done so far by our colleagues…
Don’t miss the updates and stories from them and our leadership team throughout this week by Following the BDM Talk social media channels.
