Every person goes through a cycle in their life; there is a brief window of time when your members are ready to re-join or new ones join. This cycle is different for everyone and the likelihood is that they received a phone call, email or letter from another Club when they were at the correct point of the cycle.
Keeping in touch with members can be time consuming and requires a lot of effort. As is keeping in touch with those who did not join following an introduction visit.
There are a lot of sales that can be made in the next few weeks from the members and enquirers whose details you hold on file.
