We find out the reason, if they are in the right part of the cycle now and, if they are not, when they will be. We make a note to call them back and call ourselves or pass the information onto you to get in touch.

On each record you provide us with, our experienced agents, will make notes on the current state of mind of your members and enquirers, including feedback on your Club, good and bad. We select the agents with the skillset most likely to produce the required results across the campaign and it’s only those agents who will be working for you (after they have been through comprehensive training).
