BDM Talk Ltd Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation

We are delighted to announce we have achieved the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation with QMS International.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard. 

The ISO 9001:2015 accreditation ensures that BDM Talk Ltd continually monitors, manages and improves the quality of our services.

The thorough process involved Gap Analysis where a QMS Consultant visited the BDM Talk team to review and document our current processes and procedures. We then implemented any procedural changes as highlighted in the review before an Auditor checked that the documented processed were being followed and that any necessary changes had been made. Once they were satisfied, we were rewarded with our certification.

The framework will ensure BDM Talk consistently meets our customer’s expectations and regulatory requirements whilst providing our clients with a customer centric business outsourcing service.

The ISO accreditation means all clients can have increased confidence in BDM Talk Ltd and the customer contact services we provide.
